Counseling is my calling, and I would be honored to hear your story. While my approach is tailored to your needs, I strive for all my clients to feel understood and empowered. This begins with offering a non-judgmental, empathetic space that allows you to gain insight and learn skills to enable your growth and healing. I work with teens and adults to address a wide range of challenges. I have a particular interest in working with individuals impacted by anxiety, trauma, relational problems, and self-esteem issues.
