As a mom of three, I understand the real, day-to-day stress of parenting-the rushed mornings, big emotions, and those moments when everyone feels a little dysregulated. Life happens. I’ve been there personally and professionally, and that lived experience shapes how I show up in the therapy room. I believe the relationship is at the heart of meaningful change.
