Our life journeys are unique to us all. New experiences are awaiting us in every new direction we take; I believe that there is never a wrong path. I base my therapeutic approach on the belief that we all are good at heart, worthy, and capable of making the right choices for ourselves. Even though we can't always choose what happens to us, we can choose how we respond. I believe the way we handle the tough things life throws at us - loss, hardship, adversity, rejection—is what defines each of us as a human. My approach is rooted in humanity as well as transpersonal/spiritual psychology. In my work, I also use evidence-based therapies to help clients recognize and change old patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and relationships that no longer suit them. I work with people from different walks of life.
