Hi there, I'm Asia. We all long for meaningful connections and finding a purpose in our lives. We all want to know that we matter. I base my therapeutic approach on the belief that we are all good at heart, worthy, and capable of making the right choices for ourselves. Even though we can't always choose what happens to us, we can choose how we respond. I believe the way we handle the tough things life throws at us—loss, hardship, adversity, rejection—is what defines each of us as a human. I offer a warm and friendly therapeutic environment.
