Exploring your connection to yourself as a sexual being—alongside fertility challenges, postpartum shifts, (peri)menopause, or gender-affirming care—can bring up deep questions about your body, identity, and intimacy. You don’t have to navigate it alone. And you don’t need all the answers right away. I create a safe, shame-free space for women, couples, and polycules to explore sexuality, fertility, body image, and self-esteem through life’s tender transitions. Whether you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply curious—healing is possible, and so is finding clarity and confidence.
