I have a passion for helping clients create and strengthen meaningful relationships in their lives, whether it be with their partner, family member or their self. I enjoy working with couples, families and individuals and helping them identify and change hurtful, negative patterns and create more effective, healthy ones. Healing and change happen within ourselves and through relationships when we feel secure and loved. I strive to help couples, in families develop and strengthen those bonds and create positive interactions.
