Are you suffering with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, fear, domestic violence, a cheating spouse, divorce, death, financial stress, work stress, medical stress, parent-child stress, low self-esteem? All of these challenges alone or in combination can be difficult to navigate alone or with others who are unsupportive, negative, and/or judgmental. I am trained in Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, Grief Counseling, IMR, Trauma Therapy, EFT, IMR, etc., and offer support, understanding, kindness, and encouragement to help you to feel and function at your best. My goal is to help you to be at peace, happy, successful, and a conqueror! You can do all things, and I will help you to realize and believe this!
