Thank you for stopping here - My work is focused on those whose lives are impacted by medical situations and the caregivers of loved ones that face life-altering or chronic illness. I help my clients gently explore the stress they are facing and find better ways of coping with the changes that their bodies and lives go through. Together we explore the trauma of chronic or life threatening illness, honoring the deep desires, exposing the fears and finding the courage to make self affirming choices. Through the healing relationship my clients learn to navigate the process of self-discovery and self-acceptance.
