My ideal clients are teens and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in old patterns, often carrying a lot for others while feeling unsure how to care for themselves. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary challenges, family or relationship conflict, life transitions, or the emotional weight of parenting. Many want relief from constant worry, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of calm and self-trust. I have a special passion for working with women, new mothers, young people, and LGBTQIA+ folx who want a space where they feel safe to honor their truest selves, and also try new things. I offer warm, collaborative therapy using ACT, CBT, IFS/parts work, DBT skills, and relational therapy. I help clients heal inner-child wounds, manage anxiety and panic, strengthen communication, and build boundaries that feel realistic and sustainable. My work is affirming, personalized, and grounded in genuine care.
