My name is Aubrey Dean, I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been working in the Mental Health field since 2016 when I graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I utilize several approaches to meet the needs of clients. I approach sessions in a solution focused, strengths based manner. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a client centered approach that allows the client to think outside the box, identify changes, and implement these changes. Having worked with children and families, I have experience in a variety of modalities.
