I am a licensed Professional Counselor who looks forward to working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or who have a history of trauma. I have over 18 years of experience working with adolescents, parents, and families, and enjoy partnering with people on their path to change and healing. My approach to therapy is one of partnership and coaching. In my experience, most people fall into one of two categories: they either lack the motivation to change or the skills to change.
