I have been working in the Mental Health sector supporting children and families for over 10 plus years. I have a special interest and specialize in perinatal mental health, PMADs, birth trauma, identity after birth, and the post-partum period. I also have a special interest in ages 19-27 focusing on life transitions, anxiety and trauma.
