Life can be overwhelming—especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or a major life transition. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. I specialize in supporting women and emerging adults in navigating these challenges. Your system is wise, resilient, and has innate capacity to heal. You are the expert on your story, and your truth is honored. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s been holding you back, release limiting beliefs, and begin to feel more empowered to live as your authentic self. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and person-centered. I tend to draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps you understand and care for the different “parts” of yourself with curiosity and compassion.
