I work with children, adolescents, families, and young adults, helping them navigate a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, sexual abuse, and difficulties related to transitioning into adulthood, parenthood, divorce, and adoption. With experience since 1992, I took a break to raise our four children. My approach to treatment is grounded in sincerity, compassion, and sometimes humor, fostering growth in a supportive and trusting environment.
