I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments for a wide range of presenting emotional, behavioral, and adjustment issues in adults and adolescents. I have a passion for working with clients presenting with anxiety and mood-related issues. I specialize in the treatment of Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, and other anxiety-related fears and behaviors.I am passionate about women’s issues including perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, adjustment to parenting and managing family stress.
