As a counselor who is biracial and neurodivergent, I understand the unique challenges and perspectives these identities can create in navigating the world. Because each person’s identities and experiences are unique, I relate from a space of curiosity and acceptance. My mission is to empower others to find serenity in the chaos of modern life through the practice of focusing on the present moment and the integration of body, mind, and emotions.
