I've seen how powerful therapy is in my members' lives and in my own life. OCD is a difficult disorder and not well understood by people who don't have experience with it. This is a safe and judgment-free space. I'm here to support and teach, to encourage risk-taking, and to support members in pushing through the discomfort. At NOCD, my team and I provide personalized and effective specialized treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling).
