Life sure has a way of testing us - through loss, uncertainty, change, and even joy that may at times feel overwhelming. Each of us will, at some point, face moments that challenge our strength, shake our confidence, or make us question our ability to keep going. BUT what makes the difference in how we move through these moments is not about avoiding pain or pretending to be okay (repeat after me: It is okay not to be okay.) Instead, it is about resilience; about knowing you can break–and still choose to learn from the experience, heal, grow, and rise again. I provide a safe and welcoming space where clients can navigate challenges while building resilience to move forward. Focus areas: ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. My approach is warm, energetic, and solution focused.
