I am passionate about assisting individuals (18+) who are faced with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, interpersonal conflict, career and academic concerns, life transitions, and more. As a PLPC, I aim to end stigmas that prevent people from seeking mental health services by providing a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows clients to be their most authentic selves. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important to the healing journey. On this journey, I am committed to assisting clients become happier and healthier versions of themselves.
