Dawn Keith, LMHC, is a trauma therapist and the owner of Aurora Counseling and Wellness. She is dedicated to helping clients heal from trauma, cultivate self-love and acceptance, and build a life worth living. Dawn specializes in evidence-based, trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and trauma-informed Hypnotherapy. She also integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in developing skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. With a passion for incorporating nature into the healing process, Dawn strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel grounded and empowered. She is a neurodivergent-affirming provider and holds certification in ADHD treatment across the lifespan.
