My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. They may struggle with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, or relationship challenges and want practical insight into what is driving these responses. I view adolescent concerns through an adult lens, recognizing how early emotional development and coping strategies continue into adulthood. Whether working with adolescents or adults, I help clients understand these patterns, improve emotional regulation, and respond more intentionally rather than react automatically. I help clients understand how their brain and body influence emotions and behavior. I specialize in emotional regulation, neuroscience-informed therapy, and DBT-based skills. I work with adolescents and adults to identify patterns, reduce reactivity, and build practical tools for lasting change.
