I greatly enjoy working with people who are eager to learn about themselves - their strengths, their areas for growth, and creating insight and direction around what obstacles are present in their world. My ideal client is someone that is working towards self-awareness, seeking a sense of control, and is open to a holistic approach. I often emphasize that no-one is managing their time, relationships, emotions, or thoughts perfectly. Because of this, I want to help people create empathy for themselves while maintaining urgency towards action.
