Hello! As a therapist, I strive to cultivate a safe space that fosters inclusivity, authentic self expression, and courageous conversations without judgement. Employing a person-centered approach, I believe strong therapeutic alliance is informed by respecting self-determination and honoring the unique lived experience of each person. While I primarily work with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, I also have strong efficacy working with BDD, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Other experience areas include depression, self-esteem, grief, and life adjustment.
