I have experience in men's issues and life coaching to help you become your authentic self, living congruent to your core values and showing up in your most important relationships and roles. I'll work with you to understand yourself, the things with which you are struggling, and explore options, plans, and solutions to get you through whatever you are experiencing to a place where life feels enjoyable again and helping you to thrive not just survive in life.
