I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Florida, Nevada, and Colorado, a Clinical Supervisor for interns, and a doctoral candidate at Nova Southeastern University. My work is rooted in a trauma-focused lens, blending EMDR, sex therapy, and systems theory to support healing of both mind and body. Clients often describe me as warm yet direct, with a non-pathologizing approach. You’re not broken, you’re navigating complex experiences that deserve care and understanding. I help individuals and couples move past old patterns, process trauma, deepen intimacy, and build stronger, more authentic connections with themselves and others. In therapy, I take time to hear your story and honor your strengths. I integrate EMDR for trauma recovery, systemic insight for relationships, and sex therapy to support intimacy and self-expression. Progress looks different for everyone, but often includes feeling safer in your body, creating healthier patterns, and building deeper connections.
