My passion—and the focus of my practice—is supporting women in moving from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling centered and aligned with what truly matters to them. I believe that truly meaningful, change-making therapy ultimately comes down to the relationship between you and your therapist—the space that allows for vulnerability, exploration, and growth. My therapeutic passion is fueled by my lived experiences and grounded in 20 years of empirically based clinical training.
