I help couples and individuals who are navigating a significant relationship challenge, such as infidelity, and are struggling with thoughts or feelings that interfere with intimate connection. My clients may also be working to reconcile additional stressors that affect their relationships, such as non-traditional sexual interests, mismatched orientations, or ethical non-monogamy. They seek therapy to rebuild trust, manage anxieties, and integrate their authentic selves into the relationship. The therapeutic goals will often reflect my clients' desires to simultaneously take accountability and offer understanding and grace.
