Life is challenging. Therapy is an opportunity for healing and growth from the pains, struggles, and hurts of life. As a therapist, I hope to create an empathetic environment in which the client feels supported, seen, heard, and valued as they explore their feelings, thoughts, and beliefs. My goal is to bring curiosity and compassion into the clients story. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone is made for connection, healing, and growth. My ideal client is one who has a deep passion for something different in their life and willing to do the hard work to find joy and connection.
