My approach is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can sort through what’s working, what isn’t, and what you want moving forward. Whether you’re managing stress, healing from trauma, exploring neurodiversity, or adjusting to major life changes, we’ll work together to build clarity, confidence, and tools that support your growth. I am providing sessions at Talk to Heal Counseling as a Master of Social Work intern from University of Georgia.
