My goal is to assist you in the process of taking steps on your healing journey. My style is integrative in nature with a focus on authentic and honest communication. My approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as I am a Certified DBT Professional. Counseling Services offered include Individual DBT Comprehensive Counseling Services with free Phone Coaching, and an Integrative approach to Individual Counseling. I approach counseling in a nonjudgmental manner and meet my clients where they are. I strive to provide a safe space for individuals to grow and support adults in working towards their individualized goals.
