I am Clinical Social worker with over twenty five years of experience in providing Individual psychotherapy for adults. I can help you gain clarity, a better understanding of yourself and gain the skills in dealing with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed , relationship difficulties, early parental loss and difficulty with transitions. My approach in working with you will include a combination of being relational, psychodynamic , using Internal Family Systems and mindfulness. My personal style is warm, down to earth, nonjudgmental and interactive. My ideal client is motivated and self-reflective.
