My career has encompassed a diverse array of settings, including homeless shelters, youth correctional facilities, adult inpatient psychiatric units, and both one-on-one and group therapy for general mental health concerns. I have supported clients facing a variety of challenges, such as past and present trauma, distorted self-perceptions, substance abuse, life transitions, cognitive distortions, and depression/anxiety, all with the goal of helping them find peace and balance in their lives. I specialize in Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, and ACT, offering empathic, personalized care to individuals facing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or chronic pain.
