I seek to aid others in navigating the gray areas of life and all that encompasses. I believe that as humans, discomfort is inevitable, however suffering is not, and I hope to help clients create the safety and security within themselves to reduce suffering. I have found great joy in creating a compassionate, creative, and collaborative space to engage in this work with clients. As a naturally curious person, it is my goal to invite all the parts of you to be seen, heard, and attended to in the therapeutic space. I approach counseling from a humanistic perspective and incorporate parts work in my therapeutic style.
