Whether navigating changes in our primary relationships, considering our gender or sexual identity, coping with problems related to sexual health, or reflecting on adverse experiences, having a safe space to process our reflections is invaluable. My telehealth practice serves adult clients who navigate concerns around gender dysphoria, experience challenges with their sexuality or sexual enjoyment, are members of the LGBTQ+ community, or have experiences with trauma and grief that impact their daily lives. My approach is conversational, strengths-based, and results-oriented.
