Hi! Perhaps you are feeling stuck or overstimulated in your day-to-day life. Or, maybe you're not sure exactly what you need to feel better. But, you're here and that matters. I work with individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on children, teens and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and ADHD. My approach to therapy is non-pathologizing and seeing symptoms as adaptations to your environment, not as signs that something is 'wrong' with you. My goal is to provide treatment that is relational, creative, and body-based, supporting healing through reconnection with both body and mind.
