Hi! I'm an art therapist and draw on imagination and creativity to help people understand themselves and navigate change. I am passionate about working with individuals of all identities and backgrounds navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and the feeling of being stuck between where they are and where they want to be. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel affirmed and able to explore your experiences without fear of judgment.
