My name is Tania and I created Awaken Journey Counseling to support others on their journey to awaken to their true self. If you’re feeling lost, your emotions are running your life, you feel disconnected, like you’re in a fog, I am here to support you with the process of getting your true self in control. I use a collaborative approach and incorporate energy psychology, mindfulness, solution focused, CBT, IFS, EFT tapping, and other techniques. I am are here to meet you where you are at and support you with finding your path in life, to awaken to your gifts and your full potential.
