Welcome! I’m Carly O’Brien-Hart, owner of Wise Mind Counseling, PLLC. My ideal clients are adults across the lifespan who want to improve how they cope, connect, and communicate—whether you’re navigating the stress of early adulthood, untangling anxiety or OCD, balancing ADHD and/or neurodiversity, healing from trauma, or even showing up as a fellow therapist in need of support. I especially love working with emerging adults between 18-30, insightful and curious learners, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community of which I am an out, proud, and typically colorfully dressed member.
