I enjoy working with trauma survivors, folks with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses, immigrants/adult children of immigrants, and aspiring cycle-breakers. I believe that healing is not just a tool for inner transformation but also a catalyst for our collective liberation. My practice is grounded in anti-oppression, anti-racism, decolonization, and disability justice. I'm committed to providing trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming care. I honor the profound connection between mind and body and often incorporate somatic, body-based practices into therapy.
