I have over 17 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have experience with children, families, couples, and individuals who are struggling with various issues that include stress, divorce, addiction, depression, female infertility, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, and infidelity. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based, and Person-Centered Therapy framework, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Family Systems Therapy.
