I support clients who may feel stuck or unsure how to cope with stressors. I specialize in trauma-informed individual therapy for adolescents and adults in Kentucky navigating life transitions and relationships. Common themes include growing your tolerance for challenging emotions, building flexibility regarding schemas for relationships and life, taking values-aligned action, empowering yourself despite systemic barriers, and practicing skills in coping, communication, & more. We end session with setting goals for the week(s) ahead so growth can happen outside therapy. I also provide child and adult assessments, often for autism.
