Az Young Child Counseling is dedicated to helping young children and their parents move from simply surviving to truly thriving. I work with children ages 5–12 and also offer parenting services. View 4 Photos Our approach is rooted in play-based therapy and thoughtfully integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. We actively involve parents throughout the process to strengthen the parent–child relationship and support meaningful, lasting change.
