I am an EMDR therapist specializing in trauma and attachment. I work with teens and adults, providing telehealth or in-person therapy in Emeryville, CA. I also specialize in working with queer, trans, Latine, and non-monogamous folks. I work with individuals, families, and couples. My approach centers respect, personal autonomy, and empowerment. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed practices to create a container for clients to be brave and face difficult truths so they can become whole. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, as well as attachment theory and social justice lens.
