Executive function (EF) coaching helps to improve skills housed in the brain's prefrontal cortex related to decision-making, long-term planning, impulse control and our ability to take action. As an EF coach serving children, teens and adults, I am excited to help amplify that inner voice that wants to stop feeling "stuck". In coaching, I can support you with: goal setting & planning; managing work & school tasks; practicing social-emotional & self-advocacy skills; using organizational tools effectively; creating stronger note-taking & study habits; improving self-trust; and, working through the admissions & job search process.
