I strongly believe in providing a warm, safe space to help clients learn various coping skills, and feeling more in control of their daily life challenges. I have many years of experience in clinical services for a wide variety of populations including adults, couples, and veterans for both mental health and substance use. I also have experience helping people who are struggling with the following challenges: Anxiety, Depression, Substance use, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, childhood trauma, abuse, maladaptive defense mechanisms and distorted thought processes.
