Many of my clients are people who have carried the weight of trauma, loss, or challenges related to identity, culture, race, ethnicity, weight, or other systemic prejudices or violence. They may feel disconnected, anxious, depressed, or stuck, yet deeply long to move beyond mere survival. Together we explore experiences, foster self-understanding, and build resilience, creating space to reconnect with authenticity, meaning, joy, balance, empowerment, self-compassion, and a sense of deep belonging in all areas of their lives, relationships, and daily presence.
