Are you looking for something different and new? You’ve come to the right place! I use art therapy and somatic movements in our therapy sessions to help you process deeper than words alone are able to do. My specialties include, but are not limited to, trauma, LGBTQ+ support, life changes, self-esteem, and faith transitions. As a therapist, I help people increase their ability to understand themselves and the way they move through the world. During our time together people often become more self-aware, live their most authentic lives, and are better able to tune-in to their connection between mind and body.
