My approach to counseling is centered around a focus in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and person-centered therapy. I have extensive experience working with professionals, older adults, trauma, and individuals with substance use disorders. I work with patients to carefully understand their perspective and experiences and tailor my approach to each individual's needs.
