My roots are in South Carolina, but I am proud to call South Florida my home. I love this city, the people, the families, and the South Florida community as a whole. I utilize an eclectic mix of evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman for couples therapy, Mindfulness, Bowen Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy, in order to offer a variety of strategies to best meet my clients’ needs.
