I work with clients who struggle with mental health, substance use, and Trauma to explore issues and help create a formal treatment plan that will help reduce, manage, or even resolve the problem. We also help a client understand how to manage high-risk situations and cope with everyday life stressors without turning to substances. I specialize in substance use and Trauma. I am a licensed clinical substance use counsellor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. As well as Licensed Professional Counselor. This allows me to handle complex issues and provide in-depth insight into multiple areas, so that you get the care you need.
